Need a quick fix, or something done after hours?  We can use Teamviewer, which is a secure and easy way for us to login and check things out for you!  You can even keep and eye on what we're doing and pick up a few tricks along the way!

Don't worry, it's a one-time connection, so once you close off the program, we can't login again until you ask us the next time.

How it works:

​

- Click on the blue Teamviewer button, and a small download will start

- Run the download

- Once it's running, we get a notification that you've requested us to connect

- You then get a prompt to allow us to connect

 

Then we're away!  You can watch the mouse fly around the screen as we work.
