Run the download so TeamViewer can open on your computer.
You will be asked to allow Click This to connect before the session begins.
You can see what is happening on your screen while the issue is checked or resolved.
When the session is finished, close TeamViewer to end the connection. Click This cannot reconnect unless you approve a new session.
